Jonathon (Jon) Scibilia is the principal attorney at Edward Law Firm, an Arizona practice he leads independently. He's a member of the State Bar of Arizona and brings fifteen years of combined experience in tax and estate practice.
Hawthorne Legacy Advisors is the consumer-facing brand and technology platform that lets Edward Law Firm serve everyday Arizona families at flat fees. Jon does the legal work; Hawthorne handles the intake, the pricing transparency, and the delivery experience.
Before founding Edward Law Firm, Jon spent years at top CPA firms handling tax matters for individuals, business entities, trusts, and estates. He later joined an Arizona estate planning practice. Same story every time: working families either skipped estate planning because the price felt out of reach, or paid for documents they didn't fully understand.
The Hawthorne + Edward Law arrangement is his answer. A proper estate plan shouldn't cost more than a used car. The process shouldn't make you take a day off work. And the prices should be visible before you ever pick up the phone.
Jon is based in Tucson and serves families across Arizona. Consultations by phone or video, drafts by email, signing handled by remote online notary. He travels statewide when it makes sense. He lives in Arizona with his wife and two children.
